1. Head of Operational Risk Management

Location: Phnom Penh (Head Office)

Closing date: January 20, 2012

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance or Business Administration; relevant Master Degree is preferred;
  • At least (2) years management experience in MFI, Specialized Bank and/or Commercial/Retail Bank is preferred; and
  • Professional experience in audit field covering credit, operation, finance and branches;
  • Ability to work independently and as a team in an effective and efficient manner; able to work under pressure and possess good time management skill;
  • Demonstrate analytical, leadership and management skills;
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills, including the ability to deal with all seniority levels within the line of business;
  • Self-starter;
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Fluency in English(oral and written communication);

Responsibilities:

  • Consolidation, validation and monitoring of Business Units Loss Even Data(LEDs), Key Risk Indicators(KRIs) and Risk Self Assessments(RSAs) reports and trends;
  • Analysis of LED;
  • Assist in identification of KRIs that are linked to LED;
  • Design and develop Operational Risk Management reporting templates and training materials;
  • Maintain, validate and monitor Risk Logs reported;
  • Nurture risk-aware culture of the whole Bank;
