- For security reasons, the new cardholder must pick up the card and PIN at our Card Center Head Office or any Branches, when it is ready for collection
- Once a customer has received its credit card, all card transactions bear his/her full responsibility. It is essential that any credit cardholder maintains sufficient funds at all time to cover all credit card expenses
- Under any circumstance, the PIN number must not be revealed to anyone including the bank staff. The cardholder must immediately call the Card Center hot line number whenever the PIN has been compromised. The cardholder may also change the PIN at any of Canadia Bank ATM’s
- Any new PIN request is subjected to a fee of US$10
- The outstanding balance in the statement should be settled before the due date of the statement; otherwise, financial charges such as Interest Charge, Late payment penalty, etc. will incur.
- In case of skimming or misuse of the credit card, all liabilities rest solely with the cardholder
