StarCard
Chevron (Cambodia) Limited, in partnership with Canadia Bank Plc. introduce StarCard, a card system aimed to offer you seamless and easy way to do your transactions at your own convenience. StarCard offers the most convenient and effective way to manage you fleet as it serves as your Caltex fuel card to purchase quality Caltex stations without having to use cash. Your purchase will simply be automatically deducted from your bank account, making your transaction absolutely hassle-free and easy.
Eligibility
All customers of Canadia Bank with minimum USD50 deposits in saving, current or overdraft accounts are eligible to apply for StarCard.
Wide Acceptance
StarCard can be accepted at all Caltex stations strategically located in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap.

How to apply for StarCard?
  • Complete the application form available at any Caltex Service Station or Canadia Bank outlet, and submit to any of Canadia Bank outlet.
  • Deposit a minimum of USD50 for savings, current or overdraft account.
  • Once approved, a customer services representative from Canadia Bank will issue the StarCard and also the Personal Idenfitication Number (PIN) code.
  • The processing time is 3 working days.
How to use Caltex StarCard?
  • Just present your Caltex StarCard at the station before fueling up and inform the cashier how much you would like to purchase.
  • The cashier will then swipe Caltex StarCard through the Electronic Data Capture (EDC) terminal to perform the payment transaction. Then cashier will ask the customer to enter their PIN code. Once the transaction is approved, cashier will ask customer to sign on the printed sales slip (Bank’s Copy).
  • Your purchase will be automatically deducted from your bank account making your transaction absolutely convenient and easy.
