Congratulations for being a valuable credit card user of our bank! To avoid
unnecessary trouble caused by stolen or misplaced cards, we like to draw your attention
on the following guidelines:
- Once receiving your card, you are fully responsible for all transactions of
your credit card. A credit card can be easily turned into cash
- To prevent fraudulent usage of your credit card, the bank recommends
cardholders to avoid using their card through e-commerce. If it is
unavoidable, you should select only secure and well-known websites because
suspicious e-companies can use your card information illegally for future
misuse
- It is essential to keep the card number and other confidential details secret
to avoid that people around you may note and use these details fraudulently
- Be cautious and alert when using the credit card at suspicious places. Your
card can be skimmed copied without your knowledge
- The bank’s Card Center staffs may contact you to check some suspicious
transactions on your card account. When our call cannot get through, the staff
will send you a SMS to which you should respond as soon as possible (the
respective bank contact telephone number is printed on the back of the card)
- When you notice doubtful transactions on your statement, please call the Card
Center hot line number (855-23-215-085, 24 hour service) for investigation
- Under any circumstance, your PIN number must not be revealed to anyone
including bank staffs. You must immediately call the Card Center hot line number
whenever you suspect that your PIN has been compromised, or you can change your
PIN at any of our Bank's ATM as soon as possible
- You should settle the outstanding balance in the statement before due date of
statement; otherwise finance charges such as Interest charge, late payment
penalty, etc. will occure
Note: Please find some other useful information on the back
of your statement concerning:
